Job Summary

The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing medical consultation, clinical support, and preventive healthcare services to beneficiaries under the project. The role includes diagnosis, treatment, patient referral, medical documentation, and support during health camps and community outreach activities. The Medical Officer will work closely with the nursing and field teams to ensure quality medical services are delivered to the community.

Key Accountabilities

· Provide medical consultation and clinical care to patients and beneficiaries.

· Diagnose and manage common illnesses, minor health conditions, and routine medical concerns.

· Conduct medical assessments during camps and outreach activities.





· Refer patients requiring specialized or advanced care to appropriate facilities.

· Support preventive healthcare interventions and community health initiatives.

· Maintain accurate medical records, patient registers, and consultation notes.

· Ensure protected and ethical medical practice in all project activities.

· Guide nurses and field staff in clinical matters and camp organization.

· Provide health education to beneficiaries and promote awareness on preventive care.

· Participate in program review meetings and share clinical observations with the team.

· Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

· Good communication and bedside manner

· Ability to work in field conditions and community settings

· Sound documentation and record-keeping skills

· Teamwork and coordination ability

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
