Qualification- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

Additional knowledge of real estate laws and statutory approvals will be an advantage.

Experience-2–4 year of liaisoning experience in the real estate or construction industry.

Experience handling approvals from government authorities and local bodies.

Salary :- 30-35k (As per Experience)

Job Summary

The Liaison is responsible for coordinating with government departments, local authorities, consultants, and external agencies to obtain statutory approvals, permits, NOCs, and licenses required for real estate and construction projects. The role ensures timely compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with government departments and statutory authorities for project approvals.
- Obtain and renew approvals, permits, NOCs, and licenses.
- Follow up on applications and maintain approval timelines.
- Prepare, submit, and track official documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams,



and project staff.
- Maintain records of approvals, correspondence, and compliance documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and company policies.
- Prepare periodic status reports on approvals and pending activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with external authorities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust documentation and record management.
- Knowledge of statutory approval processes.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Knowledge

- Building plan approvals.
- Fire NOC, Pollution NOC, Electricity and Water connections.

Occupancy Certificate (OC), Completion Certificate (CC), and other statutory approvals

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
