Job Title: Spoken English Teacher

Job Summary

RAAK Group of Institutions is seeking a passionate and dynamic Spoken English Teacher to enhance students' English communication skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, strong classroom management skills, and experience in training students to communicate confidently in academic and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Spoken English classes for school and college students.
- Improve students' communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and public speaking skills.
- Design lesson plans, activities, role plays, group discussions, and interactive learning sessions.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for interviews, presentations, seminars, and workplace communication.
- Conduct personality development and soft skills sessions when required.
- Maintain attendance, student performance records, and periodic reports.
- Participate in academic events, workshops, and institutional activities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English or a related discipline.
- Certification in Spoken English,



Soft Skills, IELTS, or Communication Training will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spoken English Trainer or English Teacher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate students from diverse educational backgrounds.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent pronunciation and neutral accent.
- Knowledge of communicative English teaching methodologies.
- Experience in conducting group activities and language labs.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint, online teaching tools).
- Positive attitude with a student-centric approach.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
