Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js), along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead development initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components using React.js.
- Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries for performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Ensure application responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the development process.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Expertise in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.
- Robust experience with Node.js and Express.js.




- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Familiarity with JWT, OAuth, authentication, and authorization.
- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit.
- Experience in unit testing and debugging.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Redis, Socket.IO, or Microservices architecture.
- Understanding of GraphQL.
- Exposure to Next.js is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring developers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
