- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.
- Plan and allocate daily work to carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues requiring corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working workplace.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities received on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Attend client meetings and resolve site-related concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and installation of materials.
- Ensure site cleanliness and proper housekeeping throughout the project.
- Report delays, material shortages, and technical issues to the Project Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
