Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization.
