Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Medical Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable medical and healthcare education programs. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their career aspirations, explaining course offerings, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills with a customer-focused approach. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in counselling and sales are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding medical and healthcare education programs.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.




- Schedule counselling sessions and maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities as required.
- Ensure excellent student experience and maintain professional communication at all times.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preferred: Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
