About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Content Moderator to join our trust and safety team. In this role, you will review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with our community guidelines, legal regulations, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has excellent judgment, emotional resilience, and a passion for creating safe online environments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]Key Responsibilities:

- Content Review: Monitor and review user-generated content including text, images, videos, and live streams for violations.
- Policy Enforcement: Apply community guidelines and platform policies consistently to approve, flag, or remove content.
- Escalation Handling: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior management or legal teams immediately.
- Trend Identification: Track and report emerging patterns, scams, or malicious trends within the user base.
- Data Logging: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions, decisions, and system feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:





- Minimum [0-2] years of experience in content moderation, customer support, or online community management.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make objective decisions under tight deadlines.
- High emotional maturity and psychological resilience to handle sensitive or graphic online materials.
- Excellent reading comprehension and fluency in written and spoken English [or specify other languages].
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms, forums, and online community
- Wellness Management: Actively participate in company-provided wellness programs to manage the emotional demands of content moderation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
