About the Role:

Sova's Nature Hideout is a premium resort located near Pawna Lake, offering luxury stays and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Front Office Executive & Property Manager to oversee guest relations and manage the day-to-day operations of the resort.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in/check-out.
- Handle room reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online travel platforms.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure rooms and resort facilities are maintained to high standards.
- Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Supervise resort staff and daily operations.
- Maintain occupancy records, reports, billing, and cash handling.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of required supplies.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 years of experience in hotels, resorts,



hospitality, or property management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; hotel PMS experience is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask and manage resort operations independently.
- Candidates willing to stay on the property are preferred.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
