About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing campaigns across multiple platforms, driving qualified leads, maximizing ROI, and continuously improving campaign performance through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage PPC campaigns including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Excellent understanding of PPC, SEM, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with campaign tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.75 - ₹40,000.41 per month
