Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including at least three full lifecycle implementations.

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP Harmonized Planning Area (HPA) to support unified time-series and order-based planning across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Response Planning.

- Design and develop integration solutions using SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and Real-Time Integration (RTI) for seamless data synchronization between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.

- Configure and manage the SAP IBP HPA unified data model to support tactical and operational planning processes.

- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, PP/DS, TM, and external systems to deliver scalable end-to-end supply chain solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, and promote SAP IBP implementation best practices.

- Monitor and optimize integration performance to ensure data integrity, availability, and system reliability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful SAP IBP HPA implementations.

- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Harmonized Planning Area (HPA)



and its unified data model for time-series and order-based planning.

- Functional knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply Planning.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI) and Real-Time Integration (RTI).

- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and third-party platforms such as Informatica, Snowflake, and JD Edwards.

- Strong understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and integration architecture.

- Experience with ABAP, SAP HANA Cloud Integration, or other SAP development tools is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PP/DS, Transportation Management (TM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with HPA adoption and migration from legacy planning areas.

- Knowledge of real-time integration architecture and SAP IBP integration best practices.

Preferred Certifications:

- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Integrated Business Planning.

- SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
