Job Title: Senior Grout Engineer Department: Projects / Geotechnical Engineering Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 4 Years Location: Project Site (Pan India / As per Project Requirement) Job Summary The Senior Grout Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing grouting operations at construction sites.

The role involves ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and compliance with project specifications while coordinating with site teams, consultants, and project management.

Requirements Plan, supervise, and execute all grouting activities as per project specifications.

Prepare and monitor grout mix designs and grouting procedures.

Supervise drilling and grouting operations, ensuring quality workmanship.

Monitor grout consumption, pressure, flow rate, and other grouting parameters.

Review geological and geotechnical reports to determine suitable grouting methods.

Ensure compliance with quality standards,



project specifications, and safety regulations.

Conduct and monitor field tests such as permeability (Lugeon) tests and grout quality tests.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Clients regarding work progress.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain grouting records.

Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization to achieve project targets.

Identify technical issues during grouting operations and implement corrective actions.

Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of grouting equipment.

Train and guide junior engineers, supervisors, and grouting crews.

Ensure adherence to company HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) policies.
