We are looking for an experienced and proactive Safety Manager to lead Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across our textile spinning mill.

The ideal candidate will ensure a safe workplace by implementing safety standards, statutory compliance, risk management, and employee safety awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement EHS policies, safety procedures, and SOPs Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Labour Laws, Fire & Safety, and statutory regulations Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits Lead incident investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) Organize safety training, toolbox talks, mock drills, and awareness programs Monitor PPE usage and workplace safety compliance Coordinate fire safety systems, emergency response, and evacuation drills Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve workplace safety Promote a proactive safety culture across the organization Requirements Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Industrial Safety Management Factory Act & Statutory Compliance Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification (HIRA) Fire Safety & Emergency Response Incident Investigation & CAPA Safety Audits & Inspections ISO 45001 / OSHA Standards PPE Management & Safety Training MS Office & Safety Documentation ?
