MIS Developer (Reporting & Analytics) Location: Jalan Complex, Kolkata Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to 50,000 per month (Based on experience) Working Days: Monday to Saturday SUMMARY We are looking for a technically robust MIS Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting systems that provide meaningful business insights.

The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech degree and experience in report development, dashboard creation, data analytics, and MIS reporting.

The candidate will work closely with management and various business functions to automate reports, develop interactive dashboards, analyse business data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Female candidates are preferred for this position.

EDUCATION B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline), B.Tech (Mandatory) EXPERIENCE MIS Developer (Reporting & Analytics) Experience -25 Years Management Information Systems (MIS) Jalan Complex, Kolkata Reporting To: Management / Operations Head Design, develop, and maintain automated MIS reports for various departments.

Create customized reports based on business requirements.

Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and easy to interpret.

Design and develop interactive business dashboards.

Maintain and continuously improve existing dashboards.

Create visual reports to track operational and business performance.

Ensure dashboards provide real-time or scheduled business insights.

Analyse business data and generate meaningful insights.

Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly MIS reports.

Develop management reports to support strategic decision-making.

Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities using data.

Present analytical findings in a clear and structured manner.

Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.

Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

Develop data models to support reporting requirements.





Maintain centralized reporting databases.

Automate manual reporting processes wherever possible.

Develop Excel-based tools and reporting templates.

Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance reporting systems.

Work closely with Finance, Production, HR, Sales, Inventory, and Operations teams.

Understand reporting requirements from different departments.

Provide technical support for MIS-related issues.

Assist management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.
