Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables G D & T knowledge & drawing interpretation along with knowledge of various standards applicable for casting, forging, Sheetmetal, Rubber, plastic parts including hardware
Basic manufacturing knowledge of casting, forging, Sheetmetal, Rubber, plastic parts
Detailed knowledge and hands on experience for general Measuring instruments like Micrometre, Vernier calliper Die Test, Bore Dial, Height vernier etc
Detailed knowledge of critical measuring instruments like, Contour Tracer, Surface finish tester, Trims, Round ness tester, Profile projector, hardness tester etc Detailed knowledge of CMM.

Programming & Measurement.

Report interpretation etc
Knowledge of MSA, APQP, PPAP, SPC & FMEA.

Knowledge of calibration will be added advantage
Knowledge & experience related to ERP systems specially SAP.
Basic knowledge of materials & properties
Basic knowledge of special processes like Heat treatment, surface coatings, welding, Priming, painting etc
Expertise on MS Office, Excel, Power point, Word etc
DWM - Data management & MIS – Daily, weekly, monthly etc.

Valuable in compiling executive summary
Knowledge & experience on various quality tools including DOE, 7 QC tools, Why Why analysis, 5W1H etc
Capability for evaluation of corrective actions with focus on root cause confirmation
Project monitoring.
