Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Certified)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Mind Meadow is a multidisciplinary therapy center committed to enhancing the developmental, behavioral, and functional outcomes of children and adults through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children/adults with developmental, sensory, or physical challenges
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings and client goals
- Deliver structured therapy sessions focusing on:
- Sensory Integration
- Fine & Gross Motor Skills
- ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training
- Cognitive and perceptual development
- Monitor client progress and maintain detailed documentation and reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech therapists, and special educators
- Provide parent/caregiver counseling and home program guidance
- Ensure therapy goals are achieved within defined timelines
- Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality

Mandatory Qualifications & Certifications





- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
- Valid certification/license from a recognized authority (Mandatory)
- Preference for therapists registered with All India Occupational Therapists Association or equivalent
- Certification in Sensory Integration Therapy or related specialization is highly preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy approaches will be an added advantage

Required Skills

- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setup
- Patient-centric and empathetic approach
- Good documentation and reporting skills

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in pediatric or clinical settings preferred
