Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Counsellor to join our branch. The Counsellor will be responsible for consulting clients, understanding their beauty and skincare needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Conduct consultations to understand client concerns and recommend suitable treatments or packages.
- Clearly explain treatment details, benefits, pricing, and aftercare instructions.
- Convert client inquiries and walk-ins into confirmed appointments or packages.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up for retention and repeat visits.
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and front office teams for smooth coordination.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Handle client feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
