Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through online platforms and digital channels.
- Contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert qualified leads into sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors,



and market opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
