Why This Role Exists
Moving to a current country brings both excitement and uncertainty.
This role exists to bring clarity to that journey.
You will connect directly with students, understand their needs, and guide them toward accommodation options that truly fit — helping them make confident decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Connecting with students exploring accommodation abroad
Understanding their university, budget, preferences, and timelines
Recommending suitable options from curated inventory
Managing follow-ups and converting leads into bookings
Coordinating with partners for availability and confirmations
Maintaining structured CRM updates and communication records
What This Role Requires
**0–1 years of experience in sales**, counseling, or advisory roles
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to build trust and handle conversations effectively
Consistent follow-up and ownership mindset
Comfort working with targets and performance-driven roles
Experience in overseas education/student services (preferred)
