Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR operations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any graduate with an interest in Human Resources.
- Freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
