Position: Warehouse Manager (Red Hills Office – Chennai)

Siruniyam, Redhills - Chennai

Experience

8Yrs of experience in Factory/Warehouse Management

Salary

50,000 – 80,000 per month

Work Timings: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead and manage the complete factory operations at our Red Hills Office, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, manpower, quality, maintenance, operational efficiency, and overall factory performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and experience in handling manufacturing units independently.

Requirements – Qualification & Skills

Educational Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in:




- Mechanical Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- MBA Operations is an added advantage

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Warehouse Operations
- Experience handling large production teams
- Oversee entire warehouse operations, including material movement, storage, and dispatch readiness.
- Ensure daily packing targets are met as per production plans.
- Monitor and enforce daily cleaning targets to maintain hygiene and operational standards.
- Oversee entire warehouse operations, including material movement, storage, and dispatch readiness.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly production and manpower reports to management.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Kaizen
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel reporting preferred
- Quality & Safety Compliance Handling
- Manufacturing Industry Background Mandatory
- Ability to independently manage factory performance
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
