Job Summary:
Diverse Horizons Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager for SD Stay to lead sales initiatives and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Experience with international/US clients is preferred
