Job Summary

SI Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our medical equipment, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, dealers, and customers to promote medical equipment.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Schedule customer appointments and product demonstrations.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Telecalling Manager for daily reporting and lead updates.
- Update customer records in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Support post-sales service follow-up and customer feedback collection.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or inside sales is preferred.
- Experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
