Key Responsibilities & Duties

Business Development & Patient Acquisition

- Drive OPD & IPD volumes across key specialties (e.g., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Oncology, Critical Care).
- Formulate corporate partnerships, institutional alliances, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) / health insurance empanelments.
- Establish a robust referral network by visiting standout doctors, diagnostic labs, nursing homes, and local practitioners.
- Identify new geographic markets and patient demographics to expand the hospital’s catchment area.

Brand Management & Strategic Marketing

- Formulate annual marketing strategies aligned with the hospital's overall revenue and growth targets.
- Direct 360-degree brand campaigns across print, outdoor billboards, radio, and television media.
- Supervise content creation for educational materials, newsletters, brochures, and patient onboarding packets.
- Oversee public relations (PR), press releases, and crisis communication management.

Digital Marketing & Patient Engagement





- Lead digital strategies including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising, and social media channels.
- Maintain the hospital website, ensuring high-quality content, appointment integration, and search ranking.
- Analyze digital metrics and patient feedback to regularly optimize online performance and ROI.

Community Relations & Events

- Organize free health camps, public awareness seminars, and wellness clinics in targeted neighborhoods.
- Plan Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and conferences to engage the external medical community.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts with doctors and nursing leaders to successfully promote recent clinical offerings.

Financial & Team Management

- Formulate and monitor the marketing budget, tracking expenditures against monthly and quarterly returns.
- Mentor, guide, and train the physical sales and on-the-ground marketing workforce.
- Deliver performance reports to executive management detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
