Position: US IT Recruiter – Night Shift (PST Time)
Location: Noida (100% Onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and experienced candidates interested in building a career in recruitment. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment lifecycle, working with US-based clients to source the best talent. This is a night shift position that offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in the field of US IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Involvement in end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
- Understanding job specifications and requirements for different roles.
- Supporting the hiring process by coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.




- Maintaining and updating a database of candidate applications.
- Working on Contract, Permanent, and C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Achieving a high conversion ratio of submissions to interviews and placements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn about technical roles and gain knowledge in various IT technologies.
- Ability to work with different sourcing tools and techniques.
- Willingness to understand US tax terms, visa processes, and time zone differences.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
