Work Schedule

- 5 Days Working
- 1 Day Work From Home
- Sunday Fixed Off
- Work From Home days may be extended based on consistent good performance.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with recruitment, telecalling, or customer calling experience will be preferred

Mandatory Requirements

- Must own a Laptop
- Must have an Android Smartphone
- Must have a strong and stable Wi-Fi/internet connection

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels
- Call candidates to explain job opportunities and assess their interest
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until they join
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
- Coordinate with the hiring team to understand hiring requirements




- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within timelines

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, and internet)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
