Responsibilities:
Capable of Working, validation & verification of Design calculation, analyzing, feasibility study for new conceptual designs.
Co-ordinating with planning dept., manufacturing dept. along with Quality dept. to achieve the targeted new product development.
Preparing documents such as CP, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, PSW & submission to customers as per Requirements.
Final Inspection and testing of finished products & sample submission to customers as per schedule.
Managing overall development related operations and ensuring timely accomplishment of efficiency and productivity targets.
Minimizing performance bottlenecks for higher productivity by maximizing men, material and machine
Specific Competency: Valuable Command on Design of New Parts.

Experience:

Minimum 10 to 15 years in CNC Machine Shop related Manufacturing unit.

Qualification:

Minimum DME /BE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
