- 3+ years of Salesforce Developer experience
- Ability to perform administrator functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc
- Positive understanding of salesforce data structures, objects, data access tools like developer workbench, data loader
- Extensive Experience in Lightning Configuration and Customization using Lightning Web components or Aura components
- Experience in Salesforce Integration using REST or SOAP API
- Extensive experience in developing Visual force pages in salesforce
- Extensive experience with APEX programming in salesforce
- Ability to perform impact analysis independently when enhancing existing solutions
- Experience in designing Custom objects, Custom fields, Page layouts, Flows, Process Builder, workflow,
Approval processes, Validation rules, Custom tabs, Reports, Dashboards and Lightning record pages according to application requirements
- Experience in migrating code from sandboxes to production, validating deployments, resolving deployment issues
- Experience in using the Developer Console, VS Code, Workbench and Data loader
- Should have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
