We are looking for a highly strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our SaaS products. This role requires a product leader who can translate business goals and leadership vision into clear product strategies, validated requirements, and successful product launches.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in B2B SaaS product companies, a deep understanding of customer problems, and proven expertise in taking products from idea to launch while working closely with Engineering, UX, QA, Sales, and customers. Experience in Fleet Management, IoT, Mobility, Enterprise SaaS, or AI products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-release optimization.
- Translate business and leadership vision into clear product strategy and execution plans.
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework.
- Lead product discovery and validate opportunities with customers and partners.
- Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and identify pain points to drive product decisions.
- Collaborate with UX teams to define user journeys and validate experiences before development begins.
- Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear acceptance criteria.
- Write user stories, manage product backlogs, and support sprint planning with Engineering teams.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product delivery.




- Define product KPIs and monitor feature adoption, product success metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously refine the product roadmap.
- Drive AI feature ideation and leverage AI tools for product research, documentation, and product design.

Required Qualifications

- 8–12 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS Product Companies.
- Proven experience leading at least 2–3 products from concept to launch.
- Experience working on Fleet Management, IoT, ERP, Logistics, Mobility, Enterprise SaaS, or AI-based products.
- Experience managing complex products with multiple modules and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration experience with Engineering, UX, QA, Sales, and customers.
- Demonstrated success in product discovery, product execution, and post-launch optimization.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted product development and modern AI product capabilities.
