Job Description:

- Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- To handle walk-in customers at the Site Office.
- Assist residential/corporate customers with real estate requirements.
- Accompany customers for site visits and coordinate pre/post site visits.
- Should have creative and result oriented approach to serve customers.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence the buyers for buying the property.
- Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies.
- Should have effective communications skills to convince the customer for buying the property.
- To consistently evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future Sales opportunities.
