- Communicate with clients via email; handle inquiries, updates, and order confirmations.
- Follow up with production teams to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain records of orders, timelines, and approvals using Excel/ERP.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (production, sampling, quality).
- Prepare reports and track order status for management review.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferably in Fashion/Textiles/Business).
- Basic knowledge of garments and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in email communication, MS Excel, and computer operations.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
