This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end video editing process and delivering high-quality, ad-ready videos that meet brand and performance standards. The Video Editor will focus on creating engaging hooks, maintaining consistent quality, and ensuring timely delivery across projects.

The objective of this role is to support scalable video production by combining speed, clarity, and creative execution, while minimizing revisions through strong alignment with briefs and expectations.

Working Time

- 9 hours per day
- 6 days per week
- Video editing is the core responsibility during work hours

What’s ExpectedDaily Output

- 3–5 fully edited ad videos per day (15–45 seconds)
- Final, upload-ready videos (not drafts)
- Each video must include:
- Strong hook in the first 3 seconds
- Clean cuts and pacing
- Captions / subtitles
- Basic motion or text animation
- Correct export formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, etc.)

Turnaround Time

- Final delivery within 8–9 hours of receiving the brief and assets

Ownership

- Edit with performance intent (ads, hooks, outcomes)
- Follow briefs carefully
- Apply feedback correctly and avoid repeat mistakes

✔ Output & Speed: Deliver 3–5 ad-ready videos per day within 8–9 hours
✔ Quality: Upload-ready videos with strong hooks, clean pacing, captions, and minimal revisions

Primary ResponsibilitiesDaily Responsibilities

- Edit short-form ad videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Apply hooks, subtitles, b-roll, sound effects, and pacing
- Export videos in correct specifications and formats
