Ø Company Overview: G-tek Corporation Private Limited Is looking to expand their business activities. We are 37-year-old company working on various industries and domains with clients in India, USA, Europe and Singapore.

Ø Job Summary: The Firmware Engineer will design, develop, and optimize embedded software and firmware for electronic products and systems. The role involves close collaboration with hardware engineers, software developers, and production teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the firmware within the overall product. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be well-versed in embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and debug embedded firmware for electronic devices and systems.
- Develop low-level drivers for hardware components such as microcontrollers, sensors, and communication modules
- Work closely with hardware teams to understand product requirements and constraints.
- Perform board bring-up and validation of hardware components.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system-level testing to ensure firmware reliability and performance.
- Optimize code for power efficiency, memory usage, and execution speed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, flowcharts, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and production teams, to ensure cohesive product development.




- Provide technical support during product deployment and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in embedded systems and firmware development.
- Suggest and implement improvements in firmware processes and tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- extensive experience/ knowledge in embedded firmware development, preferably in an electronic manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and assembly.
- Experience with embedded development tools, debuggers, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of hardware communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, etc.).
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal programming.
- Understanding of PCB design and electronic schematics.
- Experience in signal processing, power management, and wireless communication is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with automated testing frameworks for embedded systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles in firmware development.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
