As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Partner Growth & Affiliate Manager to expand our footprint within the Shopify ecosystem. If you know how to build relationships with e-commerce agencies, developers, and creators, and want to turn our product value into a thriving mutual revenue stream, we want you on our team.

Role Overview

Your primary mission will be to identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners—specifically Shopify developers, agencies, and e-commerce creators. You will educate them on how recommending Custlo helps their merchant clients master customer retention while building a lucrative, recurring revenue stream for their own businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Recruitment: Actively prospect and onboard Shopify agencies, web developers,



tech consultants, and e-commerce content creators into the Custlo Affiliate Program.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, guiding them from initial signup through to active promotion.
- Value Proposition Coaching: Educate partners on Custlo’s core features (AI loyalty tools, instant cashback, sleek account pages) so they can confidently pitch the app to their clients.
- Campaign Strategy: Work with partners to create co-marketing opportunities, webinars, newsletters, and content that drives merchant sign-ups.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate links, track conversions, optimize commission structures, and ensure timely payouts.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from agencies and developers to help our product team understand the evolving needs of the Shopify ecosystem.
