Job Summary
Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests while maintaining high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
- Allocate duties to housekeeping staff.
- Inspect rooms and public areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies.
- Train and guide housekeeping team.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance.
- Handle guest requests related to housekeeping.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of housekeeping experience.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valuable leadership and communication skills.
- Eye for detail and cleanliness.
- Willing to work rotational shifts.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
