Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Key Accounts Handling Engineer to manage key customer relationships, coordinate ELV system projects, and provide technical sales support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Electronic Security and ELV Systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with key customer accounts to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable ELV system solutions.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Project, Procurement, and Service teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and project milestones.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Support project planning, execution, and timely completion.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project updates and service requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM updates.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ELV solutions within existing accounts.




- Participate in government, commercial, and enterprise projects as required.
- Travel to customer locations for meetings, inspections, and project coordination.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of ELV and Electronic Security Systems.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Video Management Systems (VMS)
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Public Address (PA) Systems
- Boom Barriers
- RFID Systems
- Basic Networking
- Experience in key account management and customer relationship management.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
- Robust project coordination and follow-up skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on government, commercial, or enterprise ELV projects.
- Familiarity with the GeM Portal, e-tendering, and procurement processes.
- Exposure to AMC contracts, project documentation, and customer support activities.
