. 5+ years of experience in mainframe functional testing or QA 2. Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies (COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, IMS) 3. Understanding of batch processing and online transaction processing (OLTP) 4. Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, or mainframe-specific tools) 5. Solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies AXA - GBS Internal 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 7. Solid attention to detail and ability to work with complex systems 8. Communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams 9. Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira)
