Anand Niketan Group of Schools is a premier educational institution in Ahmedabad. As we launch our brand-new campus based on the progressive Alpha Model, we are seeking an efficient, organized, and proactive State / Site Manager to oversee the complete physical

operations, maintenance, and logistics of our current facility. This is a vital operational role ensuring the campus remains safe, efficient, and fully

functional for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facility Maintenance Management: Oversee the daily upkeep, repairs, cleanliness, and overall maintenance of the school building, grounds, and infrastructure.
- Transport Operations: Manage the schools transport fleet, optimize routes, ensure driver/attendant compliance, and prioritize student safety regulations.
- Vendor Asset Management: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for procurement,



annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and campus supplies.
- Safety Security Compliance: Establish and enforce strict security protocols, fire safety measures, and hygiene standards across the entire site.
- Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous records of school assets, utilities, and operational machinery, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency.
