Job Description:
This role will focus on improving usability, user journeys, and experience consistency across enterprise-grade internal applications.
Key Skills & Experience:
- UI/UX design for enterprise-level applications (internal tools, dashboards, workflow-driven apps)
- Robust focus on user research, usability studies, and data-driven design decisions
- Experience designing for complex forms, data-heavy screens, and multi-step workflows
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys and wireframes
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma and other equivalent
- Experience collaborating with developers and product owners throughout the design lifecycle
Background beyond static designs (not limited to websites, banners, or marketing creatives)
