- Experience with a Real Estate Developer or Mandate Firm
- Strong Channel Partner (CP) network (preferred for Sourcing roles)
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sourcing and/or Closing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Target-driven professionals with a passion for sales
