Job Summary

The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for identifying, counseling, and mobilizing eligible youth for skill development training programs under the Aditya Birla Skills Centre (ABSC). The role involves extensive fieldwork, community engagement, awareness generation, and coordination with local stakeholders to ensure successful enrollment and participation of candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Mobilization

- Conduct field visits in villages, schools, colleges, and communities to identify potential candidates.
- Organize awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, and mobilization drives.
- Promote skill development programs and career opportunities among youth.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local authorities, educational institutions, and NGOs.

Candidate Counseling

- Counsel candidates and parents regarding training programs, career opportunities, and placement prospects.
- Guide candidates through the enrollment and admission process.




- Address candidate queries and concerns effectively.

Enrollment & Documentation

- Support candidate registration and documentation processes.
- Ensure accurate collection and verification of candidate information.
- Maintain mobilization records and enrollment databases.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with local community representatives and government officials.
- Work closely with trainers and center staff to ensure batch fulfillment.
- Support center activities, events, and community engagement initiatives.

Reporting & MIS

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports.
- Update MIS records related to outreach, counseling, and enrollments.
- Track mobilization targets and provide regular updates to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
