Job Descritpion of Powercenter Migration Manager

10+ Years Relevant Experience

We are seeking an experienced Project or Delivery Manager to lead a critical migration initiative, transitioning approximately 100 applications from on-premises PowerCenter to Cloud Data Integration for PowerCenter (CDI-PC). This role requires a solid track record in managing large-scale data migration projects, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely transition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the initial migration phase from on-premises PowerCenter to CDI-PC.
- Oversee the creation of project artifacts in alignment with Swiss Re’s TS4PM standards.
- Drive structured progress tracking and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align migration efforts with business objectives.
- Manage vendor contributions,



ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
- Proven success in leading large-scale PowerCenter migration projects, preferably with CDI-PC.
- Strong understanding of data migration best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing complex project dependencies.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience working in multinational corporate environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS migration challenges and solutions.
