*Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and patients.

Welcome patients to the Hypertension Patient Support Program (PSP).

Clearly explain the perks and process of the PSP.

Share information about free diet consultations and assist in appointment scheduling (with consent).

Inform patients about the documents required for PSP enrollment.

Receive and verify submitted documents.

Enroll patients into the PSP post-verification.

Achieve daily calling targets and maintain accurate reports.

*Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
