- Trainee position in After-Sales Service for SANY Excavators.
- Ideal for fresh Diploma/ITI graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of excavators.
- Attend breakdown calls and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Assist in machine repairs, overhauls, testing, commissioning, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).
- Conduct machine health inspections and recommend preventive maintenance.
- Read and interpret service manuals, hydraulic circuits, and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Prepare service reports, inspection reports, warranty claims, and job completion reports.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for timely parts availability and warranty replacements.
- Maintain service tools, testing equipment, and company assets in good condition.
- Provide technical support and basic operational guidance to customers and machine operators.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and site safety regulations.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Report recurring technical issues and support root cause analysis.




- Travel extensively to customer sites, construction projects, and mining locations.
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and construction equipment.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for digital service reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Structured technical training on SANY Excavators.
- Hands-on field experience with experienced service engineers.
