What is expected:

 Promoting the company's existing services and introducing any recent product/Services from beginning: Identify, develop, and manage key corporate, industrial, and government accounts, Factories, warehouses, commercial Buildings, IT parks etc company’s services.





 Build strong relationships with decision makers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

 Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, requirement mapping, proposal submission, negotiation, closure, and get Invoice payments.

 Conduct site surveys, provide technical presentations, and offer custom solutions.

 Work closely with the tendering team/ Management to monitor and participate in government bids and tenders.

 Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and monthly reporting to management.

 Meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

 Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

 Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features
