We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Okhla NSIC, New Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 months of practical experience in accounting or finance-related work and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Help maintain proper documentation of expenses and financial records.
- Assist the finance team with GST, TDS, and other basic compliance-related activities.
- Support the preparation of reports and financial statements as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, and expense-related queries.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 months of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic accounting software.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
- Fresh graduates with at least 2 months of internship or practical accounting experience may also apply.
