Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and converting inquiries into long-term business relationships. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve revenue targets and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various online platforms and networking.
- Conduct calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, customer service, or tele-sales is an advantage.
