Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Restaurant Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating corporate tie-ups, catering orders, banquet bookings, bulk food orders, and event business. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with a proven track record in hospitality or restaurant sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through corporate tie-ups and institutional clients.
- Acquire banquet, catering, birthday party, wedding, and corporate event bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and local businesses.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.




- Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the restaurant.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Target-driven with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant restaurant or hospitality sales experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in Restaurant, Hotel, Banquet, Catering, or Hospitality Sales.
