Job Summary

Global Child Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Clinical Psychologist / Child Psychologist to assess, evaluate, and provide psychological interventions for children with developmental, behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges. The psychologist will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and support children in achieving their developmental and emotional goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized and clinical assessment tools.
- Evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and social functioning of children.
- Provide evidence-based psychological therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, play-based interventions, and parent guidance.
- Identify and manage behavioral, emotional, learning, and developmental concerns.
- Prepare detailed psychological assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
- Counsel and educate parents regarding their child's diagnosis, behavior management, and home-based intervention strategies.




- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Special Educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated child care.
- Stay updated with current research, evidence-based practices, and professional guidelines in child psychology.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or Applied Psychology.
- Relevant experience working with children having Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities, Behavioral Disorders, or Emotional Disorders is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
