The ideal candidate should be Graduate with 10 to 15 years FMCG sales experience, preferably tea packet & food in Rishikesh market and his home town should be either in Rishikesh or Dehradun location. Age: 35 to 40 years.

JOB ROLE:-

1. To manage & control the sales force administratively and functionally for Rishikesh location.

2. To generate sales to achieve monthly sales target set my the management.

3. Distributors & Retailers management and development of working relationship.

4. Explore new opportunities for new distributors to increase sales.

5. To keep sales cost under control.

6.Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products

& service.

7. Analysis market information , competitor's activities.

8.Monitor feedback from market, customers to measure the satisfaction level with the company product.

9. Sourcing of necessary manpower and recruitment in consultation with corporate HR.

10. Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
